At OnlineTourPackage, we strive to process refunds promptly and fairly. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are applicable, how to request them, and the timelines involved. This policy is to be read in conjunction with our Cancellation Policy.

Follow these steps to initiate a refund:
Email your cancellation request to cmtc@onlinetourpackage.com with your booking reference, name, travel dates, and reason.
We will acknowledge your cancellation within 2 business days and communicate the applicable refund amount after deducting cancellation charges.
Share your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) or UPI ID for the refund transfer.
The refund will be transferred to your bank account within the applicable timeline (see below).
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on the payment method:
During peak season or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 15 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

The refund amount in such cases will be determined by our team based on the services actually rendered and costs already incurred.
In cases of cancellations due to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, epidemics, or other force majeure events:
If you are dissatisfied with the refund decision, please escalate to our senior team by emailing cmtc@onlinetourpackage.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute — [Booking Reference]". We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably within 10 business days.
